摘 要:为了全面掌握河南省牧场生鲜乳中黄曲霉毒素M_1含量总体状况,选取河南省具有代表性的45家牧场,用液相色谱串联质谱法对牧场生鲜乳大罐样中黄曲霉毒素M_1残留进行测定,确定其大致范围。结果表明:被检测的45家牧场生鲜乳中黄曲霉毒素M1含量大致范围为0~0.124μg/kg,平均值为0.039μg/kg,多数牧场生鲜乳黄曲霉毒素M_1含量集中在0.02~0.06μg/kg。由于目前国家标准规定生鲜乳中黄曲霉毒素M1最大残留量为0.5μg/kg,本试验数据说明河南省牧场生鲜乳中黄曲霉毒素M1含量均符合国家规定,但个别牧场生鲜乳中黄曲霉素M_1含量稍高。本研究可为河南省生鲜乳中黄曲霉毒素M_1含量的安全性研究提供基础数据,为牧场生鲜乳生产环节及时调整防护措施提供参考,同时也为消费者提供相关信息。In order to ascertain the content of AFM1 in fresh milk of pasture in Henan Province,we selected 45 representative pastures in Henan Province,and determined the approximate range of AFM1 content using liquid chramotograph-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry.The result showed:the content of AFM1 in fresh milk of 45 pastures about 0~0.124μg/kg,the average value was 0.039μg/kg,the majority concentrated in the 0.02~0.06μg/kg.Due to 0.5μg/kg of AFM1 maximum content in fresh milk of national standards,the result of this experiment basically reflected that the content of AFM1 in fresh milk of Henan Province was safe.But,the AFM1 content of a few pastures was slightly higher.Therefore,this study could provide the basic data for the safety study of AFM1 in fresh milk of Henan Procince,provide protective measures of fresh milk production for pastures,and also provide consumers with relevant information of fresh milk.
