摘 要:高校教师是特殊知识型群体,与高校组织间是以经济契约和心理契约为纽带的新型战略合作伙伴,当双方从心理上建立起彼此信任和理解的感情基础,建立稳定和谐的心理契约时,有利于高校和教师的共同发展,实现"双赢"。心理契约理论由于其独特的主观性、动态性和发展性特点,高校教师心理契约是教师和高校双方责任、权利义务的承担和主观期望,并随组织活动的变化而做出的心理动态反应。本文从高校教师心理契约的维度、内容和形成阶段几个方面,分析了高校教师心理契约的进展。As a special knowledge-based group,university teachers are new strategic partners linked by economic contract and psychological contract with university organizations.When the two sides establish a stable and harmonious relationship on the basis of their mutual trust and understanding from the psychological point of view,it is conducive to the common development between colleges and teachers and achieve"win-win"situation.Due to its unique subjectivity,dynamic and development,psychological contract of university teachers is the assumption of responsibilities,rights and obligations and Subjective expectation,and a psychological dynamic responses to changes in organizational activity.This paper analyzes the new progress of psychological contract of college teachers from the aspects of dimension,content and formation stages.
