摘　　要：文章以湖北秀水天香茶业股份有限公司成长、发展、建设实践为例,凝练出公司逐步壮大的主要做法,并对现代茶叶企业做大做强进行思考分析,希望对其他茶叶企业起到一定借鉴意义。Taking the development and construction practice of Xiushui Tianxiang Tea Co.LTD as an example,the paper describes the practices of a company′s gradual expansion and discusses how to make modern tea enterprises strong.It is considered that that the experiences can be used for reference to other similar tea enterprises.
