祛风活血丸治疗病毒性角膜炎伴发葡萄膜炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨祛风活血丸治疗病毒性角膜炎伴发葡萄膜炎的临床疗效。方法:收治病毒性角膜炎伴发葡萄膜炎患者46例(56眼),随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用更昔洛韦滴眼液+1%醋酸泼尼松龙滴眼液+0.5%托吡卡胺滴眼液+中成药祛风活血丸治疗,对照组采用更昔洛韦滴眼液+1%醋酸泼尼松龙滴眼液+0.5%托吡卡胺滴眼液治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访2年,治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:祛风活血丸治疗病毒性角膜炎伴发葡萄膜炎,既能提高疗效,又能明显减少复发。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Qu Feng Huo Xue Pill in the treatment viral keratitis complicated with pigmented inflammation.Methods:46 patients(56 eyes)with viral keratitis complicated with pigmented inflammation were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,the treatment group was treated with ganciclovir eye drops+1%prednisolone acetate eye drops+0.5%topicamide eye drops+Chinese patent medicine of Qu Feng Huo Xue Pill,the control group was treated with ganciclovir eye drops+1%prednisolone acetate eye drops+0.5%topicamide eye drops,we compared the therapeutic effects between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 years of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Qu Feng Huo Xue Pill in the treatment viral keratitis complicated with pigmented inflammation can not only improve the curative effect,but also significantly reduce the recurrence.
