摘　　要：本文选取天津市三所院校英语或相关专业课程设置计划,采用一种量化分析方法,分析其与自贸试验区背景下的劳动力市场需求的匹配程度,以期提醒高校关注人才市场需求的动态变化。By using a quantitative method,our paper analyses the matching degree between curriculum plan of undergraduate English programs of three colleges in Tianjin and the demand of labor market against the background of pilot free-trade zones.We hope this may help colleges pay close attention to the dynamism of labor market demand for English language talents.
