摘　　要：社会主义法治文化建设是全体国民对法治精神和法治意识的认知和选择过程,也是主体对法律权威和法治信仰行为选择自觉的过程。没有主体对法治文化建设的理性自觉就不可能有法治文化建设的行为选择自觉。唯有对依法治国的理性自觉才能铸就依法治国的行为自觉。人民对依法治国的主体性和规律性的深刻认知和全面掌握,对依法治国的勇气和激情,对依法治国的理性自觉是法治国家建成的根本因素,是社会主义法治文化建设的根本动因。The construction of socialist legal culture is the process that the whole nation cognize and select the spirit of rule of law and legal consciousness,and that the subject select the behavior consciousness of the authority of law and the belief of rule of law.Not the subject to the self-consciousness of the culture of rule by law is impossible to have behavior choice of the culture construction of rule of law.Only rational consciousness can be molded the conscious behavior of running in accordance with the law.The people s comprehensive grasp of profound cognition of subjectivity and regularity in governing the country according to law,courage and passion for rule of law,rational consciousness of rule of law is a fundamental factor to decide whether it built in our country under the rule of law,which is the basic reason of the construction of the socialist legal culture.
