保留骨骺的关节融合术在手部先天畸形矫治中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨采用保留骨骺的关节融合术治疗手部先天畸形的临床应用效果。方法选取2015年1月—2018年1月我院录入接受治疗30例先天手部畸形患者作为研究对象,诸上患者均在住院期间接受了保留骨骺的关节融合术,通过此方法对其先天畸形进行有效矫治,对患者自手术至出院持续进行跟踪观察,并对所检测项目结果进行有效记录,现对以上病例进行回顾分析并加以总结。结果治疗效果由患者手部畸形处X线显示,通过接受保留骨骺的关节融合术治疗的患者关节融合结果良好,可见清晰骨骺线。分析可得参与治疗30例患者中显效25例,有效3例,无效2例,临床治疗有效率可达93.3%。结论关节融合术能改善患者手部先天畸形,改善患者指功能。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of conserving epiphyseal fusion in the treatment of congenital hand malformation.Methods 30 cases of congenital hand deformities from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected.All the patients were treated with the retention of the epiphyseal joint arthrodesis,then a record of their test results was kept and the above cases were summarized.Results The therapeutic effect was shown by the X-ray of the patient's hand malformation,all the joint fusion was good and clear epiphyseal line could be seen in the patients who retained epiphyseal.The analysis showed that 25 cases of the 30 patients involved in the treatment showed obvious effects,3 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate of clinical treatment reached 93.3%.Conclusion Joint fusion can significantly improve congenital hand deformity and finger function,which is of great significance to the clinical correction of this disease.
