摘  要:针对重大节假日高速公路免费期间的交通拥堵问题,在Vickrey瓶颈模型的基础上,提出了一种基于阶梯收费的交通拥堵解决方法。首先分析了我国重大节假日期间高速免费通行的交通特性和存在问题,以及现有拥挤收费模型的局限性,然后建立了适用于重大节假日的高峰路段高峰期阶梯收费模型和过渡期收费模型,最后通过实际案例计算和仿真分析验证了阶梯收费模型的有效性。结果表明,阶梯收费可以分散高峰路段的交通压力,避免收费与免费过渡期诱发交通事故。Aiming at the traffic congestion problem during major holidays on freeway,on the basis of Vickrey s bottleneck model,a traffic congestion solution based on step tolling was proposed.Firstly,the traffic characteristics and problems of freeway in China during major holidays were analyzed.And the limitations of the existing congestion tolling models were analyzed.Then a step tolling model during peak hours in heavy-traffic sections suitable for peak holidays practical applications was built.Finally,by the case calculation and simulation,the effectiveness of the step tolling model was verified,which can help relieve the problem of traffic jams on freeways and avoid traffic accidents caused by the transition period between free and toll.
