摘  要:为解决无铅焊料抗腐蚀性能差而易造成焊点失效问题,对比研究了Sn-20Bi,Sn-20Bi-0. 3Al和Sn-20Bi-0. 5Cu焊料合金的导电性能、抗腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,添加0. 3 wt%Al元素对于富Bi相的偏析影响较小,添加0. 5 wt%Cu元素的合金会形成中间化合物Cu6Sn5,富Bi相被粗化;添加0. 3 wt%Al使Sn-20Bi焊料合金的导电率从8. 92%IACS提高至9. 66%IACS,而添加0. 5 wt%的Cu使其导电率轻微降低至8. 85%IACS; Sn-20Bi-0. 3Al合金腐蚀电位和腐蚀电流分别上升为-536. 9 m V与8. 20×10^(-6)A/cm^2,Sn-20Bi-0. 3Al合金腐蚀时会形成蚀坑; Sn-20Bi-0. 5Cu的腐蚀电流密度为5. 51×10^(-6)A/cm^2,相比Sn-20Bi合金与Sn-20Bi-0. 3Al合金,Sn-20Bi-0. 5Cu合金的抗腐蚀性能更好。In order to prevent the fracture of soldered dot due to the terrible low corrosion resistance,the electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance of Sn-20Bi,Sn-20Bi-0.3Al and Sn-20Bi-0.5Cu lead-free solder alloys were investigated for studying the influences of 0.3 wt%Al and 0.5 wt%Cu on electrical conductivity and corrosion resistant property of Sn-20Bi alloy.The results show that the addition of 0.3 wt%Al in Sn-20Bi alloy has little effect on Bi-rich phase,and the addition of 0.5 wt%Cu in Sn-20Bi alloy can form Cu 6 Sn 5 and coarse the Bi-rich phase.The electrical conductivity value of alloy increases from 8.92%IACS to 9.66%IACS with the addition of 0.3 wt%Al,and the electrical conductivity of Sn-20Bi-0.5Cu decrease little to 8.85%IACS.The corrosion potential and current density of Sn-20Bi-0.3Al alloy are-536.9mV and 8.20×10-6 A/cm 2,respectively.The etch pits appear on corroded Sn-20Bi-0.3Al alloy.The corrosion current density of Sn-20Bi-0.5Cu alloy is 5.51×10-6 A/cm 2,which indicates that the corrosion resistant property of Sn-20Bi-0.5Cu alloy is better than those of Sn-20Bi and Sn-20Bi-0.3Al alloys.
