摘　　要：目的评价早期康复训练用于急性脑梗死患者肢体运动功能恢复的临床效果,为临床医师选择合理康复方案提供参考。方法选取本院在2015年1月～2017年5月期间收治的急性脑梗死患者94例,随机均分为对照组与观察组(即每组47例),对照组给予常规康复措施,观察组给予早期康复训练,观察患者神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力评分、运动功能评分、康复满意度、治疗时间及治疗效果。结果观察组患者神经功能缺损评分比对照组低,日常生活能力评分、运动功能评分比对照组高,康复满意度比对照组高,治疗时间比对照组短,治疗效果比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论早期康复训练用于急性脑梗死患者,有利于患者肢体运动功能的恢复,减少患者治疗时间,获得较好的康复满意度及治疗效果,具有临床借鉴价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of early rehabilitation training for limb motor function recovery in patients with acute cerebral infarction,and to provide a reference for clinicians in choosing a reasonable rehabilitation program.Methods 94 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to General Hospital of Tifa coal industry group from January 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group(47 cases in each group).The control group was given routine rehabilitation measures,and the observation group was given early rehabilitation training.The neurological deficit score,daily living ability score,motor function score,rehabilitation satisfaction,treatment time and therapeutic effect were observed.Results The neurological deficit score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the scores of daily living ability and motor function were higher than that of the control group,the rehabilitation satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the treatment time was shorter than that of the control group,and the therapeutic effect was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation training for patients with acute cerebral infarction,is conducive to the recovery of limb motor function,reduce the time of treatment,get better rehabilitation satisfaction and treatment effect,with clinical reference value.
