摘　　要：血管密度是能够量化评估眼部血流状态的客观指标,对探索眼科疾病的病理机制、诊断、治疗和随访均有重要的临床意义。本文对近年来血管密度在眼科疾病中的研究进行总结,探讨青光眼、非动脉炎性缺血性视神经病变、糖尿病视网膜病变、视网膜静脉阻塞、近视与弱视、老年性黄斑变性、视网膜色素变性等疾病患者进行血管密度测量的临床意义。Vessel density can quantify blood flow and is an objective indicator for assessing blood flow in the eye.It has important clinical significance for the pathological mechanism exploration,diagnosis,treatment,and follow-up of ophthalmic diseases.This paper will give a review on the researches of vessel density in ophthalmology,and the clinical significance of ocular diseases are explored such as glaucoma,nonarteritic ischemic optic neuropathy,diabetic retinopathy,retinal vein occlusion,myopia and amblyopia,age-related macular degeneration,retinitis pigmentosa and other diseases.
