摘　　要：眼底病是指各种原因引起视网膜、脉络膜、玻璃体及视神经的病变。近年来,性别医学一直是研究的重点,在眼科领域中,性别差异在干眼症、白内障、青光眼等疾病中研究的较多。随着医学研究的不断深入,对于一些眼底病的发病机制有一些新的研究进展和认识,性别差异在眼底病中的影响不断被发现。本文就各种眼底病的性别差异研究作一综述。Ocular fundus diseases refer to lesions of the retina,choroid,vitreous and optic nerve caused by various reasons.In recent years,gender medicine has always been the focus of research.In the field of ophthalmology,gender differences are more studied in diseases such as dry eye syndrome,cataract and glaucoma.With the deepening of medical research,there are some new developments and understandings on the pathogenesis of some ocular fundus diseases.The influnce of gender differences in fundus diseases is constantly being discovered.This article will give a brief review on the research of the gender differences in various fundus diseases.
