常规手术摘除口腔黏液腺囊肿的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨常规手术切除在治疗口腔黏液腺囊肿中的作用。方法 120例口腔黏液腺囊肿患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组60例。试验组60例常规消毒、局部浸润麻醉后手术切除囊肿,并指导患者应用漱口水漱口,1周后复诊,观察6个月。对照组30例采用碘酊注射治疗,30例采用微波治疗。比较2组患者治愈率和总有效率情况。结果试验组治愈率95. 00%,对照组治愈率85. 00%,2组治愈率比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。试验组总有效率98. 33%,对照组总有效率91. 67%,试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。对照组内比较:碘酊组治愈率83. 33%,微波组治愈率86. 67%,碘酊组治愈率稍低于微波组,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);碘酊组总有效率90. 00%,微波治疗组总有效率93. 33%,碘酊组总有效率稍低微波组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。试验组术中出血率为16. 67%高于对照组的8. 33%,试验组组织创面发生率为18. 33%高于对照组的11. 67%,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。试验组术后疼痛率、术后瘢痕形成率和术后复后率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论常规手术切除口腔黏液腺囊肿,治疗效果可靠,值得推广。Objective To investigate the role of conventional surgical resection in treatment of cyst of oral mucous gland.Methods A total of 120 patients with cyst of oral mucous gland including 68 males and 52 females,age range:18~40,were randomly divided into experimental group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The patients in experimental group were treated by conventional disinfection,surgical removal of cyst after local infiltration anesthesia,with rinsing the mouth,return visit after one week,and 6-month follow up.However the 30 patients in control group were treated by iodine tincture injection,and the other 30 patients were treated by microwave.The cure rate and total effective rate were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The cure rate was 95.00%experimental group,which was significantly higher than that(85%)in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in experimental group was 98.33%,which was significantly higher than that(91.67%)in control group(P<0.05).In comparison in control group:the cure rate in iodine tincture group was 83.33%,which was lower than that(86.67%)in microwave treatment group,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Moreover the total effective rate in iodine tincture group was 90.00%,which was lower than that(93.33%)in microwave treatment group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The conventional surgery for the removal of cyst of oral mucous gland has definite tehrapeutic effects,it is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
