摘　　要：目的探讨蜡疗治疗小儿周围性面神经麻痹的临床效果。方法选择收治的周围性面神经麻痹患儿94例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组47例。对照组采用综合常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合蜡疗治疗。2组疗程均为14 d。比较2组治疗疗效,治疗前后Sunny brook面神经评分变化,面神经分级改善情况及平均愈合时间。结果观察组总有效率为95. 74%高于对照组的72. 34%(P <0. 05)。2组治疗后Sunny brook面神经评分增加(观察组:t=61. 7135,对照组:t=47. 9714,P <0. 05);观察组治疗后Sunny brook面神经评分高于对照组(t=13. 7676,P <0. 05)。2组治疗后Ⅰ～Ⅱ级和Ⅲ～Ⅳ级增加(观察组:χ~2=36. 0483、5. 8239、20. 5784,对照组:χ~2=18. 9516、3. 9102,P <0. 05),而2组治疗后Ⅴ～Ⅵ级无明显变化(χ~2=3. 4157,P> 0. 05);观察组治疗后面神经Ⅰ～Ⅱ级明显高于对照组(χ~2=4. 7379,P <0. 05)。观察组治愈时间优于对照组(t=11. 4499,P <0. 05)。结论蜡疗治疗小儿周围性面神经麻痹临床效果显著,可改善患儿面神经功能,加快治愈时间,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effects of wax therapy on peripheral facial paralysis in children.Methods A total of 94 children patients with peripheral facial paralysis who were admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were randomly divided into observation group(n=47)and control group(n=47).The patients in control group were treated by conventional treatment,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by wax therapy,with a treatment course of 14 days for both grousp.The therapeutic effects,the changes of Sunny brook facial nerve score,the improvement status of facial nerve grading and the average healing time were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 95.74%,which was significantly higher than that(72.34%)in control group(P<0.05).After treatment the Sunny brook facial nerve scores were significantly increased in both groups(P<0.05),moreover,which in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,theⅠ~Ⅱgrade andⅢ~Ⅳgrade were significantly increased in both groups(P<0.05),however,there were no significant differences in theⅤ~Ⅵlevels between two groups(χ2=3.4157,P>0.05).Moreover the facial nerveⅠ~Ⅱgrade levels in observation group after treatment of were significantly higher than those in control group(χ2=4.7379,P<0.05),and the average cure time in observation group was faster than that in control group(t=11.4499,P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effects of wax therapy on peripheral facial nerve paralysis are quite significant,which can improve facial nerve function of patients,accelerate the healing time,therefor,it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
