摘　　要：目的了解广西部分国家重点贫困县口腔医疗机构和人力资源现状。方法对广西3个贫困县(柳州市三江侗族自治县、百色市田东县、来宾市忻城县)的口腔医疗机构和人力资源现状进行问卷调查,分析各类口腔医疗机构数目、医护人员比例、口腔卫生医护人员执业资格证持有情况、口腔医疗设备拥有情况以及可提供的口腔服务项目等。结果三江侗族自治县、田东县、忻城县这3个贫困县共有口腔医疗机构71个,牙科医生137人,护士37人,医护比例1∶0. 27;有口腔执业医师57人,口腔执业助理医师31人,每10万人拥有牙科医生12. 26人,每10万人拥有执业(助理)医师7. 88人,每10万人拥有牙科护士3. 31人。71个口腔医疗机构中口腔诊所数量最多,占54. 93%,且各口腔治疗机构基本都以拔牙、修复、龋齿充填和洁牙等服务为主,其中仅81. 69%的口腔医疗机构配备了牙科综合治疗椅,各口腔医疗机构中除拔牙钳、涡轮机、洁牙机等基础口腔治疗器械的拥有率较高外,大部分的口腔医疗机构均未配备医疗器械消毒设备等其他辅助设备。结论广西贫困县存在口腔医疗资源分配不均衡、器械配置不足、人力资源数量不足、服务项目单一等问题,应加强对这类地区口腔医疗资源的合理配置和有效管理,以及对基层牙科医生的培养,提高其口腔医疗水平。Objective To investigate the current status of oral medical institutions and human resources in some state poverty counties in Guangxi.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the current status of oral medical institutes and human resources among three poverty counties in Guangxi,Shanjiang Dong Autonomous County of Liuzhou City,Tiandong County of Baise City,and Xincheng County of Laibin City.The data of various oral institutes were analyzed,including number of institutes,proportion of doctors and nurses,registered qualification certificate ownership of medical staff specialized in oral medicine,oral medical equipments ownership,and oral medical services provided.Results In the three poverty counties,Shanjiang Dong Autonomous County,Tiandong County and Xincheng County,there were 71 oral medical institutes,137 dentists,37 nurses,with a doctor-nurse ratio of 1∶0.27;57 licensed dentists,31 licensed dental assistants,12.26 dentists for 100 000 persons,7.88 licensed dentists/dental assistants for 100 000 persons,3.31 nurses for 100 000 persons.Among the 71 oral medical institutes,dental clinics ranked the first in number,accounting for 54.93%,and moreover,the common services in each oral medical institute included tooth extraction,tooth repair,caries filling,tooth cleaning and other services.And 81.69%of the oral medical institutes had dental chair units,most of the oral medical institutes did not equip with other auxiliaries,such as medical equipments and sterilizing facilities,except for primary dental therapy facilities,dental forceps,dental turbine and dental scaler,presenting a higher ownership rate in all oral medical institutes.Conclusion In Guangxi poverty counties,some problems exist in oral health services,such as oral medical resources distribution unbalance,equipment deficiency,human resources deficiency,and services provided being simple.We should strengthen the rational allocation and effective management of oral health resources in these areas as well as the professional training of grass-roots
