摘 要:为满足连续平压热压机驱动控制系统速度同步与负载均衡的控制需求,结合人造板连续平压生产工艺和机械结构特征,设计一套基于Simotion平台的驱动控制系统,在此基础上,进行控制系统的负载均衡算法设计,并通过生产现场检验运行效果。实践表明,该设计的算法实现了驱动控制系统各驱动单元之间载荷的有效分配,速度偏差可精确地控制在1‰以内。In order to meet speed synchronization and load balancing control requirements for driving continuous presses,the authors designed a load balancing algorithm based on the SIMOTION platform.The authors took into consideration both continuous pressing technology for wood-based panel production and the mechanical structure of the continuous presses.The load balancing algorithm was applied in real time operation of a driving control system in a continuous press.The application results showed that loading of each driving unit was effectively distributed with up to 1‰of velocity precision.
