摘　　要：当前,地方综合性大学由于办学观念、平台资源等原因,社会捐赠还存在着高等教育经费中社会捐赠占比低、校友捐赠不活跃、捐赠文化建设落后等问题,这些问题的存在,严重制约着地方综合性大学的发展。为此,应当从更新办学观念,完善捐赠机制以及以校园文化建设为载体,建设特色捐赠文化两个方面加强捐赠文化建设,促进地方综合性大学捐赠事业的发展。At present,due to educational concept,platform resources and other reasons,local comprehensive universities still have problems such as low proportion of social donation in higher education funds,inactive alumni donation and backward endowment culture construction,which seriously restrict the development of local comprehensive universities.Therefore,we should strengthen the construction of donation culture from two aspects:renewing the idea of running schools,perfecting the donation mechanism,taking campus culture construction as the carrier,and building characteristic donation culture,so as to promote the development of local comprehensive university donation.
