摘 要:目的研究COX-2和c-Fos在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测COX-2和c-Fos在38例非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达,并分析其表达与临床指标(肿瘤大小、病理类型、淋巴转移和预后等)的关系。结果COX-2和c-Fos在非小细胞肺癌中的表达阳性率均明显高于癌旁组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);COX-2的表达与分化程度和淋巴结转移有关,与年龄、性别、吸烟状况、肿瘤大小、临床分期无相关性;c-Fos表达与淋巴结转移有关,与年龄、性别、吸烟状况、肿瘤大小、临床分期、分化程度无相关性;COX-2和c-Fos之间的表达差异有统计学意义(χ~2=15.35,P=0.004),Spearman相关性分析显示存在正相关(r=0.590,P<0.01)。结论在非小细胞肺癌组织中COX-2的表达与c-Fos的表达存在明显相关;COX-2和c-Fos在非小细胞肺癌临床、预后评估中可能会起到重要作用。Objective:To study the expression and clinical significance of COX-2 and c-Fos in non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of COX-2 and c-Fos in 38 cases of non-small cell lung cancer,and the relationship between the expression and clinical indicators(tumor size,pathological type,lymph node metastasis and prognosis)was analyzed.Results:In non small cell lung cancer tissue and para carcinoma,COX-2 and c-Fos positive expression rates were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissue,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant;the expression rate of COX-2 was 42.11%,c-Fos positive rate was 44.74%;the expression of COX-2 and the degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis,differentiation degree(low,middle and high)and lymph node metastasis(or non)differences had statistical significance;the expression of COX-2 and age,gender,smoking status,tumor size,clinical stage had no correlation;the expression of c-Fos and lymph node metastasis had statistical significance difference(P<0.05);there was no correlation between c-Fos expression and age,gender,smoking status,tumor size,clinical stage,and differentiation degree;there were significant differences in correlation between COX-2 and c-Fos expression(χ2=15.35,P=0.004).Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation(r=0.590,P<0.01).Conclusion:The expression of COX-2 is significantly correlated with the expression of c-Fos in non-small cell lung cancer.COX-2 and c-Fos may play an important role in the clinical and prognostic evaluation of non-small cell lung cancer.
