全髋关节置换术后患者健康信息素养及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的调查全髋关节置换术后患者健康信息素养现状并分析其影响因素,为改善全髋关节置换术后患者对疾病的认知管理能力提供有效依据。方法应用中国居民健康信息素养自评量表,对172例全髋关节置换术后患者实施调查并分析其影响因素。结果全髋关节置换术后患者健康信息素养得分为(3.01±0.75)分,得分较低的维度为健康信息获取、健康信息评价及健康信息应用;患者年龄、文化程度、家庭年收入、全髋关节术后时间是患者健康信息素养的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论全髋关节置换术后患者健康信息素养水平处于较低水平,其中健康信息获取、评价以及应用是重点干预方向,临床医护人员应结合患者实际情况制定针对性的干预策略,以提升个体的健康信息素养水平。Objective To investigate the status of health information literacy in patients after total hip arthroplasty and to analyze the influencing factors,in order to improve the cognitive management ability of patients after total hip arthroplasty.Methods A total of 172 patients with total hip arthroplasty were enrolled in the Chinese Residents'Health Information Literacy Self-Assessment Scale and their influencing factors were analyzed.Results The health information literacy score of patients after total hip replacement was(3.01±0.75).The lower scores were health information acquisition,health information evaluation and health information application.Age,education level,family annual income,time after total hip arthroplasty were the influencing factors of patient health information literacy(P<0.01).Conclusion The health information literacy level of patients after total hip arthroplancement is at a low level,among which the acquisition,evaluation and application of health information are the key intervention directions.Clinical medical staff should formulate targeted intervention strategies based on the actual situation of patients,so as to improve the level of health information literacy of individuals.
