摘 要:目的探讨三级甲等综合性医院护士感知的护士长诚信领导对其创新行为的影响。方法采用一般资料问卷、诚信领导量表、护士创新行为量表对山东省7所三级甲等综合医院909名注册护士进行问卷调查。结果护士感知护士长诚信领导总分为(64.72±10.65)分,总均分为(4.05±0.67)分;护士创新行为总分为(32.53±6.53)分,总均分为(3.25±0.65)分;护士长诚信领导各维度与护士创新行为各维度均呈正相关(P<0.01),分层回归结果显示,控制人口学变量后,自我意识和内化道德观可独立解释护士创新行为13%的变异。结论护士感知诚信领导水平越高,其创新行为表现越突出,护理管理者应采取积极有效的措施,提高护士长诚信领导行为,从而有效提升护理人员的创新行为。Objective To explore the influence of nurses'perception to head nurse's authentic leadership on their innovative behavior in 3A-level comprehensive hospitals.Methods To survey 909 registered nurses using general information questionnaire,Authentic Leadership Questionnaire and nurse innovative behavior scale,who were from 7 3A-level comprehensive hospitals.Results The total score of nurses'perception to authentic leadership was(64.72±10.65)and average score was(4.05±0.67).The total score of innovative behavior was(32.53±6.53)and average score was(3.25±0.65).All dimensions of authentic leadership were positively correlated with nurses'innovative behavior(P<0.01),and hierarchical regression results showed that self-consciousness and internalized moral dimension can independently explain 13%of nurses'innovative behavior after controlling demographic variables.Conclusion The higher level of nurses'perception to authentic leadership,the more outstanding of their innovative behavior.So nursing managers should take positive and effective measures to improve head nurses'authentic leadership,thus to enhance nurses'innovative behaviors.
