摘  要:针对某四缸四气门柴油机进行机械改液压挺柱对整机NVH性能影响的研究。在NVH性能台架上分别对原机(机械挺柱)及更换液压挺柱后的发动机按照GB/T 1859-2000进行NVH性能对比测试。结果表明:机械改液压挺柱后,发动机整机噪声在中高速区域有1-2db优化,同时可降低缸盖的震动加速度,同时对响度、尖锐度及语言清晰度等声品质也有一定的提升。A study on the effect of mechanical tappet modification of hydraulic tappet on NVH performance of a four-cylinder fourvalve diesel engine was studied.On the NVH performance bench,the NVH performance comparison of the original engine(mechanical tappet)and the engine after replacing the hydraulic tappet is carried out according to GB/T 1859-2000.The results show that the engine noise has a 1-2db optimization in the middle and high speed area after the mechanical tappet modification of the hydraulic tappet,and the vibration acceleration of the cylinder head can be reduced,and the sound quality,such as the loudness,the sharpness and the articulation of the language,can also be improved.
