摘  要:本文设计了一个灰分加载耐久循环,并对耐久试验中燃油的消耗量,机油的消耗量和灰分的加载量数据按照规定的时间进行测量记录,以此来探究灰分加载循环过程中燃油消耗速率、机油消耗速率和灰分加载速率之间的关系。实验数据表明,燃油消耗速率(L/h)为机油消耗速率(mg/s)的4倍左右,机油消耗速率(mg/s)为灰分加载速率(mg/s)的77倍左右。通过灰分加载循环获得的燃油消耗速率机油消耗速率和灰分加载速率之间的关系,可以为现有DPF标定策略的优化提供一定的参考。This paper designs an ash-loading endurance cycle,and records the fuel consumption,oil consumption and ash loading data in the endurance test in the specified time to explore the relationship among fuel consumption rate,oil consumption rate and ash loading rate during the ash loading cycle.The experimental data shows that the fuel consumption rate(L/h)is about 4 times the oil consumption rate(mg/s),and the oil consumption rate(mg/s)is about 77 times the ash loading rate(mg/s).The relationship between the fuel consumption rate and the ash loading rate obtained by the ash loading cycle can provide a reference for the optimization of the existing DPF calibration strategy.
