侵袭性牙周炎患者牙周基础治疗分析

摘　　要：目的观察探讨对侵袭性牙周炎患者采用牙周基础治疗的临床相关表现及治疗效果。方法选取本院2017年5月～2018年7月期间收治的侵袭性牙周炎患者70例作为本次实验的观察样本,给予所有患者牙周基础治疗,以回顾性分析方法对患者进行治疗前与治疗后的观察,对比患者治疗前后的各项指标。结果患者治疗后的牙龈指数、牙周袋深度、牙松动度方面比较结果均优于治疗前,各项指标治疗前后的对比具备统计学差异,P<0.05。结论对该病患者采取牙周基础治疗,使患者牙周的病变情况得到有效缓解,牙齿松动减少,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical manifestations and therapeutic effects of periodontal basic therapy in patients with invasive periodontitis.Methods 70 patients with invasive periodontitis treated in our hospital from May 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the observation samples,and all the patients were given basic periodontal treatment.The patients were observed before and after treatment by retrospective analysis,and the indexes before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the gingival index,periodontal pocket depth and tooth mobility of the patients were better than those before and after treatment.P<0.05.Conclusion The basic periodontal therapy can effectively relieve the periodontal disease and reduce tooth loosening,which is worth popularizing.
