外用重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合西帕依固龈液治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨外用重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合西帕依固龈液治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法选择我院门诊2017～2018年100例诊断为复发性口腔溃疡(简称RAU)患者,采用随机平行对照试验方法分为实验组和对照组,实验组50例,采用西帕依固龈液3次/d含漱后外用重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(盖扶)喷于患处;对照组50例,只给予西帕依固龈液3次/d含漱。两组均治疗5天。比较两组溃疡的愈合程度、溃疡愈合时间和药物不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,实验组口腔溃疡总有效率(98.00%)显著高于对照组(74.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者口腔溃疡愈合时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在用药期间均未出现不良反应。结论外用重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合西帕依固龈液联合促进口腔溃疡愈合作用,治疗效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of recombinant human alkaline Fibroblast growth factor combined with sipaiguji liquid in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.Methods 100 cases of recurrent oral ulcer(RAU)were diagnosed in our outpatient clinic from 2017 to 2018.The randomized parallel control test method was used to divide the experimental group and the control group,and the experimental group was 50 cases.The human alkaline Fibroblast growth factor(cover aid)was sprayed on the affected area after the use of the Sipaigui solid liquid 3 times/D containing the paste;In the control group,50 patients were given only 3 times of sipai solid gum liquid/D with gargle.Both groups were treated for 5 days.The healing degree,healing time and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of oral ulcer(98.00%)was significantly higher than that of control group(74.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<UNK>0.05).The healing time of oral ulcer in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<UNK>0.05).There was no adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion Human alkaline Fibroblast growth factor combined with sipaiguji liquid for external recombinant treatment of oral ulcer is effective.
