大学生口腔不良习惯与错HE畸形调查探究

摘　　要：目的初步调查大学生口腔不良习惯与错HE畸形情况。方法选取大连某高校大学生456名,男生240名,女生216名,进行口腔不良习惯和错HE畸形检查。结果在被调查大学生中,未接受正畸治疗有403例(88.38%),其中347例大学生存在口腔不良习惯,发生率为69.98%;具有错HE畸形者口腔不良习惯发生率明显高于个别正常HE者;安氏I和Ⅱ类错HE畸形中口腔不良习惯发生率显著高于无口腔不良习惯的发生率,且有统计学差异;拥挤、反HE和中线偏斜的畸形组,有不良习惯的发生率高于无不良习惯组;托腮、咬唇、偏侧咀嚼是发生率较高口腔不良习惯,错HE畸形组发生率明显高于无不良习惯组,且常见一种或多种口腔不良习惯伴随发生。结论大学生群体中口腔不良习惯发生率较高,且与某些错HE畸形的发生有一定的相关性,需要在今后成人正畸临床中治疗加强重视。Objective To investigate the correlation between bad oral habits and malocclusion among college students.Methods A total of 456 college students were enrolled in this study,which was consisted of 240 male and 216 female students.Both their malformations and bad habits were checked and the results recorded.Results Among the investigated undergraduates,403 cases(88.38%)did not receive orthodontic treatment,of which 347 cases had oral malnutrition habits,and the incidence was 69.98%.There was no significant difference in the incidence of bad habits among different sexes;the prevalence of bad habits in malocclusion group was significantly higher than that in normal group.The incidences of bad habit in Class I and II malformations were higher than those without oral malnutrition.The incidence of bad habit in crowding,cross bite and midline shifting groups were higher than groups with no bad habits.The cheek tricking,lip sucking and unilateral chewing were the most frequent oral habits,and the incidence of malformation group was significantly higher than that without bad habits,and one or more bad oral habits were common occurrence.Conclusions There is a high incidence of bad habits among college students and some correlativity with some malocclusion,which needs great attention in the future clinical trials of adult orthodontics.
