聚乙烯薄膜加暂封王在硅橡胶印模中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的研究在硅橡胶印模双重两步法中应用聚乙烯薄膜+暂封王效果。方法将28例患者分成A组(双重一步法)(n=20)、B组(双重两步法+聚乙烯+暂封王)(n=28)制取硅橡胶印模,评价全冠印模合格率及脱模率。结果 B组印模合格率明显高于A组(x2=5.233,P<0.05),B组脱模率低于A组(x2=4.387,P<0.05)。结论聚乙烯薄膜加暂封王应用于全冠硅橡胶印模双重两步法中易取得合格印模且脱模率低。Objective Research on application of two-step silicon rubber impression of double effect of polyethylene film and Ceivitron.Methods 28 cases were divided into Group A(one-step Dual)(n=20),Group B(Double two-step+polyethylene+Ceivitron)(n=28)preparation of silicone rubber impression and evaluation of impression rate and rate of release in full crown.Results The pass rate of B group was significantly higher than that of Group A(x2=5.233,P<0.05),and the release ratio of Group B was lower than Group A(x2=4.387,P<0.05).Conclusion Polyethylene film and Ceivitron are easy to obtain qualified impression and low release rate in full crown when used in double two-step of silicone rubber impression.
