摘　　要：1929年中共中央寄给朱德、毛泽东的《二月来信》,代表了当时共产国际和中共中央关于红四军工作的指导思想。毛泽东同年所写的《四月回信》和次年写给林彪的《一月回信》,代表了以毛为首的红四军前委不同于《二月来信》的指导思想。本文以党的"六大"路线为坐标,围绕如何认识形势和如何促进革命高潮问题,对于上述两种指导思想之异同,逐一进行辨析。本文还以未经修改的《四月回信》为原始依据,采用比对、考证和推理方法,还原《一月回信》的原貌,从而指明上述两封回信一脉相承的内在关系。经过上述辨析和考据,笔者指出,毛在其两封回信之中,已经形成了一个完整的指导思想和系统的思想体系。这在中共党内是独一无二的。其中倡导的积极精神,强调的关于农村斗争重要性的理论观点,和阐明的军事策略,就其认识水平而论,已高于当时的中共中央,也领先于全党。这一指导思想的主要局限性,体现在毛泽东还未能将其农村斗争重要性的理论观点,从城市中心论的枷锁之中解放出来。论其原因,从主观上讲,是因为他还未能深入认识中国政治经济发展的不平衡规律,从客观上讲,是因为当时历史条件和实践程度的限制。The February Letter sent to Zhu De and Mao Zedong by the CPC Central Committee in 1929 represents the guiding ideology of the Communist International and the CPC Central Committee on the work of Red Fourth Army at the time.The April Reply written by Mao Zedong in the same year and The January Reply to Lin Biao in the following year represent the guiding ideology of the front Committee of Red Fourth Army headed by Mao,which is different from guiding ideology of The February Letter.Taking The Sixth National Congress of CCP as co-ordinate,centering on how to understand the situation and promote the high tide of the revolution,the thesis differentiates and analyzes the similarities and differences between the two guiding ideologies mentioned above.Based on the original basis of April Reply,applying comparison,textual research and reasoning method,the thesis restores the original appearance of The January Reply,thus indicates the inner relationship of the two letters.Through the above analysis and textual research,the author points out that Mao has already formed a complete guiding ideology and systematic ideological system in the two letters in reply.This is unique in CPC.The advocated positive spirit,the theoretical views on the importance of the rural struggle and clarified military strategies are higher than the Central Committee of CPC at the time.Also it is ahead of the whole Party.The main limitations of this guiding ideology are reflected in the theory that Mao Zedong has not yet emancipated the theory of the importance of his rural struggle from the shackles of the urban centrism.Subjectively,it is because he had not been able to understand the unbalanced law of political and economic development in China.Objectively,it is because of the limitation of the historical conditions and the degree of practice at that time.
