论技术伦理生态转向的逻辑必然性

摘　　要：一个人信奉的价值观决定了他行为的动机、方式和行为后果。技术主体受到传统的人际技术伦理观的影响设计出来的现代技术,具有明显的反生态性,它既是导致生态危机的根本原因,自身又存在着无法解决环境问题的局限性。为此,技术伦理需要生态转向,形成和确立技术主体的生态伦理价值观,进而建构出合生态的技术,才能真正、有效地解决当前日益恶化的生态危机。就此而言,技术伦理的生态转向有其现实的逻辑必然性。The values that a person believes in determine the motives,ways,and behavioral consequences of his actions.Modern technology,which is designed by the influence of traditional interpersonal technical ethics,has obvious anti-ecological characteristics.It is not only the root cause of the ecological crisis,but also has its limitations that cannot solve environmental problems.To this end,technical ethics requires an ecological turn,forming and establishing the ecological ethical values of the technical subjects,and then constructing ecological technologies to truly and effectively solve the current deteriorating ecological crisis.In this regard,the ecological turn of technical ethics has its logical necessity.
