摘　　要：目的:文章根据作者的实践体会,结合文献从病例选择、术前准备、术中插管操作及栓塞治疗、术后处理、并发症处理及不良反应的防治等诸多方面对子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的规范化操作进行总结和探讨。规范插管操作和规范栓塞治疗技术是规范化子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的关键。According to the author's practical experience,combined with literature on uterine artery embolization for uterine fibroids from the aspects of case selection and preoperative preparation,intraoperative intubation operation and embolization treatment,postoperative treatment,complications management and prevention and treatment of adverse reactions,the standardization operation was summarized and discussed.Standardized intubation procedures and standard embolization techniques are the key to standardizing uterine artery embolization for the treatment of uterine fibroids.
