FVEP对婴幼儿屈光参差性弱视前瞻性诊断的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨闪光视觉诱发电位(FVEP)对婴幼儿视觉发育状况的前瞻性诊断价值。方法:利用颅内压无创综合检测分析仪的闪光视觉诱发电位技术,检测24个月龄～6岁的屈光参差患儿,观察各阶段患眼和健眼N2波潜伏期的变化。结果:患眼球镜度呈远视趋势各组N2潜伏期均有延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患眼球镜度呈近视趋势组N2潜伏期无明显延长,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对远视趋势屈光参差患儿,婴幼儿期视觉即开始发生异常改变,早期通过FVEP进行检查,可以了解患儿眼的视觉发育情况,可为弱视发病的早期干预提供客观依据,具有前瞻性诊断价值。Objective:To explore the value of flashing visual evoked potential(FVEP)in the prospective diagnosis of visual development in infants.Methods:We used the flash visual evoked potential technique of intracranial pressure noninvasive comprehensive detection analyzer to detect children with anisometropia at 4 months old to 6 years old,we observed the change of N2 wave incubation period in different stages of affected eyes and healthy eyes.Results:In the affected eyes spherical power with trend of hyperopia groups,the incubation period of N2 was prolonged,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the affected eyes spherical power with trend of myopia groups,there was no obvious prolongation of the latent period of N2,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:For infants with anisometropia of trend of hyperopia,in infancy,visual abnormalities began to occur,by early FVEP examination,we can understand the visual development of the children's eyes and provide an objective basis for the early intervention of the amblyopia,it had a prospective diagnostic value.
