摘　　要：目的:探讨学龄期儿童近视原因及防治措施。方法:选择学生1 019例,分为无近视组、近视组(低度近视组和中高度近视组)。比较3组学生先天因素及护眼用眼知识、学习习惯、生活习惯、饮食习惯评分。结果:无近视组先天因素评分显著低于近视组,低度近视组先天因素评分显著低于中高度近视组(P<0.05);无近视组用眼知识、学习习惯、生活习惯和饮食习惯评分显著高于近视组,低度近视组用眼知识、学习习惯、生活习惯和饮食习惯评分显著高于中高度近视组(P<0.05)。结论:造成学龄期儿童近视的因素包括学生用眼知识、学习习惯、生活习惯和饮食习惯,对其防治可以由上述因素入手。Objective:To explore the causes and prevention and control measures of myopia in school-age children.Methods:1 019 students were selected,they were divided into the no myopia group and the myopia group(low myopia group and moderate and high myopia group),we compared the congenital factors and eye protection knowledge,learning habits,lifestyle and eating habits score of the three groups.Results:In the no myopia group,the score of congenital factors was significantly lower than that in the myopia group,in the low myopia group,the score of congenital factors was significantly lower than that in the moderate and high myopia group(P<0.05).In the no myopia group,the scores of eye use knowledge,learning habits,living habits and eating habits were significantly higher than those of the myopia group,in the low myopia group,the scores of eye use knowledge,learning habits,living habits and eating habits were significantly higher than those of the moderate and high myopia group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Factors contributing to myopia in school-age children included students'eye use knowledge,learning habits,lifestyle and eating habits,the prevention and control of it can be carried out by the above factors.
