摘 要:通过国际市场占有率、贸易竞争指数等指标对世界主要食用豆出口国阿根廷、澳大利亚、加拿大、中国、美国的食用豆国际竞争力进行了测算和比较分析,探讨了影响我国食用豆国际竞争力的主要因素,最后提出了提升中国食用豆国际竞争力的若干对策。研究发现,中国食用豆在20世纪90年代具有极强的国际竞争力,之后国际竞争优势逐步弱化;加拿大和澳大利亚的食用豆出口具有很强的国际竞争力且竞争优势继续上升,阿根廷食用豆的国际竞争力也很强;美国食用豆的国际竞争力则相对较弱而且略有下降。影响我国食用豆国际竞争力的主要因素包括生产成本上升导致缺乏价格优势、产品品质不够一致、国外食用豆发展生产对中国国内市场带来冲击等。要提升我国食用豆的国际竞争力,需要加大对食用豆生产的科技投入力度、建立商品生产出口基地、提高商品品质,适度规模化等。Through the international market share,trade specialization coefficient and other indicators,this paper calculated and compared the international competitiveness of the world s leading exporter of edible beans such as Argentina,Australia,Canada,China and the United States,discussed the main factors affecting China s edible beans international competitiveness,and finally put forward some countermeasures in China s edible beans international competitiveness.The study found that China s edible beans had a strong international competitiveness in the 1990s,and then the international competitiveness gradually weakened.Canada and Australia s edible beans export had strong international competitiveness and their competitive advantage continues to rise.The international competitiveness of Argentina s edible beans was also strong.The international competitiveness of American edible beans was relatively weak and slightly reduced.The main factors affecting the international competitiveness of China s edible beans included the rising cost of production,the lack of price advantage,the inconsistent quality of products,and the impact on the domestic market caused by the development of foreign edible beans production,etc.To improve the international competitiveness of edible beans in China,it is necessary to increase the scientific and technological input to the production of edible beans,set up export bases of commodity production,improve the quality of commodities,and plant edible beans in a moderate scale,and so on.
