摘  要:灵活用工在发达市场已十分成熟,在中国尚属起步阶段,发展空间巨大。随着新劳动法的实施,面对当下复杂多变的市场环境和不断上涨的劳动力成本,中国企业特别是在一线市场的企业雇主正在通过引入新的用工方式,以控制风险、降低成本、提升效率。随着《劳务派遣暂行规定》的正式实施,灵活用工将进一步规模化、专业化以创造更大价值,为企业用户提升人力资源管理效率。Flexible labor system has been very mature in developed markets,but in China is still in its infancy.There is a huge space for development.With the implementation of the new labor law and in the face of the current complex and volatile market environment and rising labor costs,Chinese enterprises,especially in the first-line market Employers are introducing new employment,in order to control risks,reduce costs,and improve effectiveness.As the<Provisional rules of labor dispatching>formal implementation,flexible employment will further scale and specialization in order to create greater value for enterprise customers to improve human resource management efficiency.
