摘　　要：针对矿热炉炉气回收过程中难以单纯依靠调节风机转速来保持炉压稳定实现全自动控制的问题,通过对现有控制方法的不足进行分析,提出通过改进软件算法,设计新的模糊自整定控制器来实现稳定炉压的目的。介绍了通过可编程控制器实现该算法的基本方法。通过程序改进有效提高了该套装置的自动化程度。It is difficult to maintain furnace pressure stability so as to realize totally automatic control just by adjusting the fan speed in the process of gas recovery of submerged arc furnace.By analyzing the shortcomings of the existing control methods,a new fuzzy self-tuning controller is designed by improving the software algorithm to stabilize the furnace pressure.The basic method of implementing the algorithm through programmable controller is introduced.The automation degree of the device is effectively increased through the program improvement.
