大学生核心职业素养育人模式构建

摘　　要：为了更好的迎合市场需求以及国家战略之变动,职业教育也应当有所改变,应当将打造富有职业素养的应用型人才作为焦点。职业素养是用人单位在招聘中所重点关注的内容,与员工可否得到单位的接受及长久发展密切相关。本课题基于实际调查,对学生职业素养培养方面潜藏的不足及成因予以解读,旨在给我国大学生职业素养的标准制定予以参考。To meet the changing market demands and adapt to the changes of relevant national strategies,vocational education should be redirected to the cultivation of application-oriented talents with high professional qualities because they are highly valued by employers and closely linked to an employee's career development.On the basis of a survey,the paper elaborated the defects in the cultivation of such qualities as well as the underlying reasons,aiming to help with the formulation of the standards of university students'professional qualities.
