摘　　要："双创"即"大众创业、万众创新",作为"双创"人才培养的师资队伍建设,特别是高校"双创"师资队伍建设才刚刚开始。高校"双创"师资建设主要存在重部门轻合作重数量轻质量、重理论,轻实践等问题。高校"双创"师资队伍建设对策是:整合相关部门资源、数量与质量并重、理论与实践相结合。It is known to all that universities have just begun with the construction of teaching team for mass innovation and entrepreneurship education.To resolve the problems exposed in the process like emphasis placed on individual department instead of cooperation,quantity instead of quality and theory instead of practice,the following strategies may be possibly effective including integrating resources from all the relevant departments,keeping balance between quantity and quality and combining theories and practice.
