摘  要:为顺应时代进步、促进自身发展,建筑装饰设计技术专业应加强教学团队建设:以团队建设为载体,建立多元主体教学评价制度,探索构建合理的现代学徒制教育课程体系与"双师素质培养制度",加强校内外实训基地建设及校企合作力度,充分提供师资保障,发挥产学研合作项目成效,以培养出更多适应建筑市场发展的技能型人才。The specialty of architectural decoration design technology should have to reinforce its construction of teaching team to adapt to the latest development for its own progress by means of a multi-subject teaching assessment system,a rational modern apprenticeship educational program and a“double-qualified teacher quality cultivation system”so as to offer sufficient teaching resources for the construction of on and off-campus practical training bases and school-enterprise cooperation and the development of cooperation between industry,education and research.In this way,more technical talents will be provided to meet the development of architecture market.
