摘 要:通过现场数据采集和实验研究,建立了规格为HN1000X300的最大型H型钢九辊平行辊矫直实体模型和有限元模型,把模型导入Workbench LS-DYNA显示动力学软件模块中,进行材料参数、网格划分、初始条件及边界条件设置并计算,成功的完成了大型H型钢HN1000x300在现场生产矫直规程及不同矫直规程下进行的矫直过程数值模拟,对各矫直规程下的矫后残余应力大小和分布规律统计对比分析,得出矫后残余应力值最小且分布状态合理的最佳矫直规程,最佳矫直规程的设定对提高矫直质量和生产率具有十分重要的意义。Through the field data collection and experimental research,the model of the large H-beam HN1000X300 nine roll parallel roll straightening solid model and the finite element model are established.The model is imported into the Workbench LS-DYNA display software module.Material parameters,mesh partition,Initial conditions and boundary conditions are set up and calculated.The numerical simulation of the straightening process of large H steel HN1000x300 in the field production and the straightening process of different leveling procedure are accomplished,The statistical analysis of the residual stress and the distribution of the residual stress in the straightening procedure,The optimum straightening rules for the minimum residual stress and reasonable distribution state are obtained,The setting of the optimal straightening procedure is very important for improving the quality and productivity of the straightening.
