摘  要:在汽车机械式变速器动力传动系统中,离合器的结合品质直接影响汽车起步、换挡平顺性和乘坐舒适性,尤其是汽车的起步品质。针对机械式自动变速器(Automatic Mechanical Transmission,AMT)汽车起步换挡的控制要求,根据人们在汽车起步和换挡过程中操纵离合器的基本规律,通过结合过程中汽车传动系动力学分析,确定3个结合力轨迹特征,根据轨迹特征定义出离合器结合时的6种特征结合力轨迹。以汽车起步时对离合器结合品质的要求,通过6种特征结合力轨迹对离合器接合品质的影响的比较分析,确定离合器新的接合力轨迹;并根据离合器结合品质的评价指标,通过改进离合器执行器结构和控制转矩变化和增长速率实现新的接合力轨迹。仿真结果表明,所确定的离合器新的结合力轨迹能有效提高离合器的结合品质,从而达到改善汽车起步和换挡品质的目的。In the vehicle driveline system of the automatic mechanical transmission,the engagement quality of the clutch directly affects launching,shifting and the ride comfort,especially the launch quality of the vehicle.According to the basic rule of controlling the clutch in the process of launching and shifting,the control requirements for launching and shifting in automatic mechanical transmission through analysis the dynamics of the vehicle driveline system to determine three characteristics of the engaging force trajectory,following the trajectory characteristics defined six kinds of engaging force trajectories when engaging the clutch.In order to meet the requirements of clutch engagement quality when launching the vehicle,a new clutch force trajectory is determined through the comparative analysis of the influence of six kinds of engaging force trajectory on clutch engagement quality.And according to the evaluation index of the engaging quality of the clutch,a new force trajectory can be achieved by improving the structure of the clutch actuator and controlling the torque variation and the growth rate.The simulation results show that the determined new force trajectory can effectively improve the engaging quality of the clutch so as to achieve the purpose of improving the launching and shifting quality of the vehicle.
