摘　　要：从我国疾病编码工作的实际出发,结合ICD-10的教学经验剖析了我国疾病分类疑难编码产生的原因,提出了相应的对策及建议,以期为医院病案科的编码人员、临床医生以及相关人员利用和学习国际疾病分类提供帮助,从而提高我国疾病分类编码的准确性,促进我国卫生事业的发展。The causes of difficult and complicated coding of diseases were analyzed from the coding of diseases in our country combined with the teaching experiences in ICD-10,and certain suggestions were put forward for the disease-coding staff,clinicians and related persons to use and learn ICD,so as to improve the accuracy in coding of diseases and promote the development of health undertakings in our country.
