医院急救设备应急库房的建设与临床调配评估的探讨

摘　　要：目的分析和评估医院急救设备应急库房的建设和实际运行效果,为应急设备储备和调配科学管理提供借鉴和参考。方法对2016至2017年应急库房急救设备调配数据进行统计分析,按照急救设备的借用次数、时间和金额以及科室使用情况等进行评估。结果呼吸机被需求的程度最高,单台被调配的次数最多,设备利用率为78.15%,急救设备调配科室覆盖率占全院64.9%,神经外科、肝胆研究院和泌尿外科对急救设备的借用最频繁。结论建立医院应急库房建设与急救设备应急租赁工作,实现了统一的应急设备调配保障机制,提高了医院卫生应急处置能力和资源配置的效率。Objective To summarize and evaluate the construction of emergency warehouse and the actual operation effect in hospitals for providing reference on emergency equipment allocation and scientific management.Methods Statistical analysis was conducted on the deployment data of emergency emergency equipment in the emergency warehouse from 2016 to 2017.Then,it was evaluated according to the borrowed number of times the first aid equipment,the borrowing time and amount as well as the department’s use situation.Results The utilization rate of breathing machine was 78.15%,which was most demanded by clinical departments,the allocation coverage of emergency equipment deployment was 64.9%.The most frequent departments to borrow emergency equipment were neurosurgery,hepatobiliary research institute and urology department.Conclusion The construction of hospital emergency warehouse and the rental job of emergency equipment helped to establish a unified emergency equipment deployment mechanism and improve the efficiency emergency management and resource allocation in hospital.
