摘  要:近年来,电压波动和闪变受到了电力系统和用户的广泛关注。闪变干扰源的准确定位是改善和治理闪变及协调相关供用电纠纷的基本前提。本文基于S变换进行非平稳电压闪变的动态信号处理,实现PCC处电压闪变调制幅值和频率的检测,并分析计算电压和电流动态相量,在此基础上给出闪变源定位的等效模型及其动态参数估计,最后通过上游系统参数、下游负荷电流变化与电压变化量的关系分析,定量地给出电压闪变源定位结果。算例证明,该法能在复杂配电网中完成电压闪变源的正确定位,可应用于电能质量监测系统。In recent years,voltage fluctuations and flicker have received much attention by both utilities and consumers.Correct positioning of flicker interference source is the basic premise in improving and controlling flicker and coordinating disputes between power supply and consumption.This paper is based on the dynamic signal treatment of non-stationary voltage flicker based on S-transform(ST)so to achieve detection of voltage flicker modulation amplitude and frequency at PPC,analyze and calculate dynamic phasor of voltage and current and,on this basis,give the equivalent model of flicker source location and its dynamic parameter estimation.Finally,the location result of voltage flicker source is given out quantitatively through the relation analysis among upstream system parameters,load current variation at downstream and voltage variation.It is shown by the example that the method can achieve correct location of voltage flicker source in the complex distribution grid and can be used the monitoring system of power quality.
