摘 要:本试验目的在于研究饲料植物性蛋白、动物型蛋白源原料和铁的添加剂型对种鸡生产性能和鸡蛋中铁含量的影响。选择健康、体重一致的36周龄罗曼雌性肉鸡960只,随机分为6组,每组4个重复,每个重复40只鸡,试验共进行14周。日粮设计6个组,采用2×3因子设计,2个蛋白原料(豆粕和肉骨粉),3种铁剂型(0、60 mg/kg氨基酸螯合铁和硫酸亚铁)。结果显示:日粮不添加有机或无机铁显著降低产蛋量(P <0.05);日粮蛋白类型、周龄和铁剂型之间对产蛋量均无显著影响(P> 0.05)。43、50周种鸡血液血红蛋白容量及数量显著低于36周龄(P <0.05)。日粮蛋白来源、铁剂型及周龄对蛋黄重铁含量的影响存在显著差异(P <0.05),蛋白来源与铁剂型,蛋白来源与周龄、铁剂型与周龄对蛋黄重量的影响存在显著交互作用(P <0.05)。蛋黄中铁的含量从第一阶段到第二阶段显著升高(P <0.05)。日粮蛋白来源、铁剂型对蛋黄中铁的含量影响存在显著差异(P <0.05),蛋白来源与铁剂型对蛋黄重量的影响存在显著交互作用(P <0.05)。从第二阶段开始,蛋清中铁的含量显著下降(P <0.05)。肉骨粉日粮添加氨基酸铁、硫酸亚铁对蛋清铁含量均有提高,其中氨基酸铁组表现最高(P> 0.05)。结论 :在本试验条件下,日粮采用肉骨粉作为蛋白原料及添加60 mg/kg铁(氨基酸螯合铁)可以使蛋黄中铁的沉积量达到最大值。This study was aimed to study the effects of different sources of protein ingredients and iron on laying production and iron contents in eggs of broiler breeder.Nine hundred and sixty Roman female layers at 36 week of age were randomly allotted to 6 groups with 4 replicates of 40 layers,the experiment last 14 weeks.There were 6 diets,designed by 2×3 factors,namely,2 protein ingredients(soybean meal or meat and bone powder),and 3 iron sources(0 and 60 mg/kg ferrous sulfate or ferrous chelate amino acid).Results showed that egg production from hens fed diets not supplemented with Fe showed a significant reduction(P<0.05).There was no interaction between diet,Fe source and period(P>0.05).Blood data obtained in the 43 and 50 weeks showed a significant decrease in hematocrit and hemoglobin(P<0.05)when compared to the same parameters obtained in the 36 week.Content of Fe in yolk was affected by diet,Fe source and period as well as by the interaction between diet and Fe source(P<0.05).Iron contents increased from the first to the second period(P<0.05),but did not change afterwards.Gradual stepwise increases in Fe content occurred from the control diet,to the inorganic and then to the highest content when the complexed Fe source was used in the meat and bone powder containing diet(P>0.05).In conclusion,we found that under this experiment condition,egg yolk Fe content increased when breeder hens were fed 60 mg Fe/kg from sulfate or Fe-AA.The Fe content in yolk,however,was maximized when hens were fed 60 mg Fe/kg in diets having meat and bone powder.
