从模仿到特色:成人高等教育发展理念的嬗变

摘　　要：一些成人高校因模仿普通高等教育模式而陷入发展困境。成人高等教育只有超越模仿、独立发展、凸显特色,才能重新焕发生机。成人学员的学习特征是成人高等教育走特色之路的根基。成人高等教育改革应包括设置有特色的质量标准、重塑有特色的招生制度、强化有特色的教学模式、形成有特色的生本管理机制。成人高等教育和普通高等教育应独立发展,既要政策平等,又要分类管理。Some adult education institutions mimic the mode of ordinary higher education and fall into the confusion of development.Higher adult education can be revitalized only if it goes beyond imitation,independently developes,and highlights its own distinction.The learning characteristics of adult learners are the foundation of the distinctive path of higher adult education.Thereform of higher adult education should include setting distinctive quality standards,reshaping the distinctive enrollment system,strengthening the distinctive teachingmode and forming a distinctive students-based management system.Higher adulteducation and general higher education should be functional alternative,whoseis necessary to policy equality,but also classified management.
