摘　　要：目的:探讨婴幼儿睾丸卵黄囊瘤(yolk sac tumor, YST)中脂肪酸合酶(fatty acid synthase, FASN)和P53蛋白的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法,分别检测观察组27例婴幼儿睾丸YST与对照组27例婴幼儿正常睾丸组织中FASN和P53蛋白的表达。结果:FASN和P53在两组病例中阳性表达差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组中FASN和P53阳性表达均与肿瘤POG分期及远处转移呈正相关,且FASN阳性表达与发病年龄呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论:FASN和P53与婴幼儿睾丸YST生物学行为密切相关,有望成为新的潜在治疗靶点。Objective:To explore the expression of fatty acid synthase(FASN)and P53 in testicular yolk sac tumor(YST)in infants and theirs correlations with the clinicopathologic characteristics.Methods:27 cases of testicular YST were selected as experimental group and 27 cases of normal testical were selected as control group.The expression of FASN and P53 were evaluated by SP immunohistochemical staining.Results:The positive expression of FASN and P53 in two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the positive expression of FASN and P53 were positively related with the staging of POG and metastasis.In addition,the positive expression of FASN was positively related with age of onset(P<0.05).Conclusion:FASN and P53 are closely related with the biological behavior of testicular YST in infants and therefore they may be a new potential treatment targets.
