摘 要:微课在成人高等教育中的应用,有效解决了成人"工学矛盾",符合成人记忆特点,满足成人求知需求。但实际应用中也存在一定的问题:如教学模式存在误区、制作质量整体不高、精品微课缺乏、微课更新速度缓慢等,这些问题影响了微课功能的发挥。因此,应注重改进微课教学模式、加强微课团队建设,打造精品微课,建立长效激励机制促进微课的发展,从而促进成人高等教育事业的良性发展。The application of micro-lesson in adult higher education has effectively solved the contradiction between"work and study"in adults,and this form conforms to the memory characteristics of adult and can satisfy their requirement of learning.But there are some problems in the practical application:such as the misunderstanding of the teaching mode,the poor quality of the production,the lack of fine courses and the slow speed of the update of the micro-lesson.These problems have influenced the function of the micro-lesson.Therefore,we should pay more attention to improving the model of micro-lesson teaching,strengthening the teaching team building of micro-lesson,creating excellent micro-lessons and establishing the long effect incentive mechanism to promote the development of the micro-lesson,so as to promote the sound development of the adult higher education.
