摘　　要：近年,中小学校园欺凌作为重要社会问题之一,在各地屡有发生,但关于校园欺凌的处理措施却不够完善,引发社会热议。本文先分析校园欺凌在当今社会的概念界定以及多种表现形式,从社会心理学和法学角度分析中小学校园欺凌产生的原因,并提出防治措施。In recent years,school bullying in primary and secondary schools,one of the most important social problems,has occurred frequently in various places,but the treatment measures on bullying on campus are not perfect,which leads to a hot social discussion.This article first analyzes the concept of campus bullying in today's society,as well as various forms of expression.From the perspective of social psychology and law,this paper analyzes the causes of bullying in primary and secondary schools,and puts forward the prevention and treatment measures.
