摘  要:胃癌是一种严重威胁人类健康的消化道恶性肿瘤,其发生、发展是一个多因素调控的过程,现已发现多种基因及蛋白分子与胃癌的发生、发展、侵袭、转移相关。微小RNAs(miRNAs)是一种非编码RNAs,可以实现对靶基因表达水平的转录后调控,作为癌基因或抑癌基因参与肿瘤的发生、发展。该文主要综述了通过调控与胃癌进程密切相关的基因表达水平,参与胃癌进程的miRNAs研究进展,为胃癌在miRNAs水平的诊断标志物和治疗靶点的发现提供思路。Gastric cancer is a malignant tumor of digestive tract which poses a serious threat to human health.Its occurrence and development involve multi-factor regulation process,and a variety of genes and protein molecules have been found related to gastric cancer development,invasion and metastasis.MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are a non-coding RNAs that can achieve post-transcriptional regulation of target gene expression level,as oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes involved in the development of tumors.This review summarizes the research progress of miRNAs in the development of gastric cancer by regulating gene expression closely related to gastric cancer progression,providing novel ideas for the diagnosis of gastric cancer and the discovery of therapeutic targets at the miRNAs level.
