摘　　要：肺动脉高压(pulmonary hypertension,PH)是以肺小动脉的收缩、肺血管重塑、血栓形成为主要病理特征的渐进性疾病。血管舒缩因子、血管生长因子、炎性因子、低氧诱导因子等多种细胞因子共同参与PH的发病过程,现有药物治疗效果不理想。因此,寻找有效防治PH的药物迫在眉睫。我国中药资源丰富,运用中药治疗PH的历史悠久,因此,从天然产物中筛选和开发疗效确切、安全无毒的防治PH的药物具有得天独厚的优势。近年来,一些学者的研究表明中药防治PH有较好的疗效。该文将对部分中药单体、单味中药及中药复方制剂在PH治疗中的作用及其机制进行综述。Pulmonary hypertension(PH)is a progressive disease characterized mainly by the contraction of pulmonary arterioles,pulmonary vascular remodeling and thrombosis.Vasoconstriction factor,vascular growth factor,inflammatory factors,hypoxia inducible factor and other cytokines participate in the pathogenesis of PH.Due to the unsatisfactory therapeutic effect of existing drug treatment,it is urgent to look for the effective prevention and treatment of PH.Our country is rich in traditional Chinese medicine and has a long history of using traditional Chinese medicine to treat PH.Therefore,it is of unique advantage to screen and develop the effective,safe and nontoxic PH drugs from natural products.Recent studies have shown that Chinese medicine has a better curative effect on pulmonary hypertension.In this paper,the effects of Chinese medicine monomers and other natural products in treatment of PH and its mechanisms have been reviewed.
