摘 要:采用数值计算的方法研究了PMN-0. 33PT晶体的单模切割方向。通过求解绕X,Y,Z轴旋转的压电增劲克里斯托弗方程,计算出了晶体的单模切割方向以及该方向的机电耦合系数和偏振态。结果表明,PMN-0. 33PT晶体只有一个可用切向即Z切。该切向可获得理想的纯纵模,机电耦合系数为0. 469,波速为5217. 5 m/s。该研究结果对PMN-0. 33PT晶体在压电换能器中的应用有理论指导作用。The single-mode cutting direction of the PMN-0.33PT crystal was studied by using a numerical calculation method.The single mode cutting direction and the electromechanical coupling coefficient as well as the polarization state of PMN-0.33PT crystal were calculated by solving the stiffened Christoffel equation when the crystal was rotated around the X,Y,and Z axis,respectively.The results show that only Z-cut is a useful single-mode cutting direction for the PMN-0.33PT crystal.It is a pure longitudinal mode.The electromechanical coupling coefficient is 0.469 and the wave speed is 5217.5 m/s.The results of this study provide theoretical guidance for the application of PMN-0.33PT crystals in piezoelectric transducers.
